The game itself is enjoyable, but the UI is not the best. If I click the wrong thing I’m taken to a screen showing that I can’t do that in the app version and I have to use the original. I don’t want to go to the original and there is no way to get back to the app. The only way I have found to get back is by deleting and reinstalling the app. I’ve done that a few times now and it’s getting pretty old. The back arrow doesn’t always function as I believe it should. When I put a horse up for auction and hit back from that horse I would want to go back to my horses that I am taking care of, instead it takes me to the auction page. That one isn’t really a big deal, but the first item mentioned really needs to be resolved

It doesn’t let me get the pass award on the objective it tells me to go to the old version and complete it, im really confused:(

You would do a great job in the future and start shining one day rather than in the darkness. I temporarily need some storage and so on so I offload it from this device but having you on another device.

This game is great but I have a few problems and or questions, for starters I’m glitched on the lady holding up her hand and it has nothing on the screen to get out so I literally cannot do anything on the game. Second I have no idea where to sell items so I have to go on a huge hunt to find where they are for example droppings I have no idea how to get them and no idea where to sell them. Those are my mine problems.

I love this game very very much, but I don’t think I can do cutting in this game and I do do it in real life and also you can’t rename your Horses but it’s not too much complain. I love this game though.

Every time i go to the auction 3 people bid everything up for everything and if u bid they make it un buyable for newer players the cheapest horses i found with 24 hours was 3 k for a starter horse they just bid everything no matter what it is i looked at one profile and they had 17000 horses make it easier for new players to buy

It’s almost as if they WANT no one to play the game with the way they just ban people for using the game the way it’s intended. It is actually insanity. Absolutely horrible service, customer support is so slow to reply, and 9 times out of 10 they do nothing to help you. This game is just another way for them to make money without doing anything to assist people that PAY THEM. Insane. Imagine if they actually cared about the players, how large this game could be. It’s a joke.

The game is fun but I just went to the auction won two horses and I didn’t get any of them, the game took my money and didn’t give me the horse as well so if you could please fix that that would be amazing.

I liked this app in the beginning. Once I was settled in, now it’s not working. Keeps reverting me classic version and I no longer can play on the app. It goes to a blank page.

I am old hat at this game, just created a new account as my old ones are long gone from disuse. Got to the part where I unlocked the equestrian center, and now the “Page Unavailable” screen is all I see. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn’t help. Same page pops up. It’s the same glitch others have reported. Clearly been going on for years with no resolution. To answer the questions I know the developer is going to ask: no, you don’t need more information to diagnose the problem. All relevant info is there in the paragraph, and in literally every other review talking about the glitch. Stop pretending you can’t read. And no I did not reach out to tech support yet. Will be happy to do so. But people deserve to know that you won’t fix a problem that has persisted for years.

So I was logging in and I got everything setup my horse, my username and then I get to password, what in the world does 1 SPECIAL CHARACTER MEAN!? And then y does it need my PARENTS EMAIL!? If u were polite enough to read pls update that.

Why? You log in on a web browser on your phone which opens the same layout and mechanics (which are pretty good). You can add the website to your phone home screen too. Unlike the app, won’t even take 5+ minutes to load! 😁 There’s no reason not to.

My main problem with this game is that once you try to open your own stable, it’s glitches out and then you can’t log back in. I’m mad because I’ve spent money on this game and i absolutely love it, but this app NEEDS a really good update ASAP! Please update your app! I’d be more willing to buy the exclusive packages and horses if I didn’t have to worry about not getting them back. I’ve had to make like 6 different accounts 😭😭😭

Developers need to fix this. I open the app and it just stays on the loading screen. Sometimes I leave the phone and come back 5-15 minutes later and it is STILL LOADING. Either the servers are overburdened or the code could be improved—either way, this should be fixed.

The game is good but there are way too many costume horses and when I’m trying to start a new game I don’t want to keep doing the tutorial it’s annoying. The option to skip the tutorial should be added

I loved this game but now I feel scammed I bought 2packs this morning and neither of them when into my account. I reached out to the care team but they still haven’t fixed it. Now I’m 10 dollars down the drain because it’s been 3/4 hours and nothing. So if you purchase through the App Store you might end up with the same issue. What a bummer.

After reading the reviews, everyone seems to have the same issue: the app is glitchy, especially with the equestrian center. The developer constantly tells people to contact support, but these complaints go back 3 years and I can confirm the glitches are still happening, which means support does NOTHING after you contact them. Just fix the app already.

Why is that it is sending me to a website

I’ve been back and fourth on this game.The graphics are great , but there just isn’t much to do.Too many buttons not enough freedom.Keep in mind this is just my opinion.Ive read some other reviews and it is quite glitchy.

I don’t have much to say but it is kind of annoying that you cannot ride your horses and that it is so much work to breed and grow foals.

Why is the training way to long

If we have VIP, please enable us to use our VIP benefits from mobile. Not being able to use my VIP benefits from my phone or iPad is very taxing being I am limited to how much function I have in my hands some days with my chronic illnesses flaring up. Having to take care of 900+ horses and also blup for teams should be able to be done by phone and be easy to do from any device.

I'd just like to say, this game is 𝓪𝓶𝓪𝔃𝓲𝓷𝓰 but I have encountered what I assume to be a glich. Whenever I try to enter the game it tells me that the page is unlivable and makes me go to the classic version of the game. So far I've adored the game but now I'm not able to play anymore. I hope you get a chance to fix it. :,]

I played this game over a decade ago on the desktop and found myself coming back again and again. Every time it seemed to get more complicated. Now flash forward to 2024, I figured the app version would be pretty streamlined and fun. Not the case. The glitches happen so often with the Emma/tutorials. It freezes the app to the point of having to uninstall it and try to log back in. The latest one that I can’t seem to overcome is the equestrian center. Every time I accidentally touch that tab it basically crashes the game. It goes to a “page unavailable” screen with Emma demanding I launch the classic version of Howrse. I can’t use the app again until I uninstall and then reinstall and log back in.

Look I love this game even tho it gets me really frustrated from time to time. I don’t know if the problem I’m having is just me or if others have had the same problem. Anyway I would like to be able to get the golden passes, but I can’t add my Email address it just keeps sending me back after I do it.

I remember Howrse being way cooler when i was younger tbh. Now it’s a HUGE pain to earn coins for some reason? I could barely afford to keep my horses in an EQ center, which i think its weird I have to pay extra to be able to even do anything with the horses I have already. The biggest issue and the reason i uninstalled is why would you make an app for a game… you can’t play on mobile? to finish the tutorial for the eq center now that i have the quests done i have to open the game in safari and that’s very glitchy and the desktop version is not phone friendly so it’s hard to navigate what to do i eventually just quit🤷‍♀️ I also feel like the game has kinda left what it was based around and went for the whole “cool unique horses and breeds” thing too far especially with the unicorns, and the breed and type difference. Last thing is it’s pretty much impossible to get anything from auction on mobile. i try to keep track when the timer is about to run out and then whoever im bidding against ALWAYS gets the horse cus i can’t get to the bid page fast enough, maybe yall could make it so people can have public sales that aren’t auction?

I really do love this game so much my i accidentally went off of a required tutorial and now i’m stuck on a page with no buttons and i have restarted my phone and the game multiple times i really don’t wanna lose my horses and i can’t remember my password and i do not want to delete the app i was wondering if when you get it working i could receive some form of compensation for my issues though it might be a stretch

I’ve been playing for years. I enjoy it on and off. It’s fun time filler. The mobile app has definitely been improving. I used to only play on the computer, but now I find I’m using the app more than the computer. You do need to watch if you have young kids about spending money. Certain items do seem a bit like gambling. The game does want you to purchase stuff, etc. I just play for fun, and it your patient, you can get a lot without spending a cent. You also learn the art of bartering and how to optimize your cash flows while creating a fun collection of horses.

The game would not load I sat on it for 20+ minutes and still it did not load I’d love to give this game a good review because I love horses and games I’ve tried everything and nothing worked maybe it’s different for others but I am not saying that you shouldn’t get the app but if you have this problem you will understand 😁

It it so glichy and you dont even get to do anything.all you do is click the screen and it does everything for you . If you love horses get star stables PS sorry people that made this.

Emma is the tutorial. She gives you two horses at the start of the game, Champion and a horse that you purchase with gifted money, and you are STUCK WITH THEM FOREVER! They are low-skill, cannot be bred, sold or given to Ow (howrse’s version of God). They’re useless and take up space and resources. Lets me get rid of them if you want your 4 other stars. It’s not everyone else’s fault that some people accidentally sell their starter horses when they don’t want to. Must we all be punished for other people’s carelessness?

So I’ve downloaded this game 3 times and I still cannot log in after I unlock the equestrian center, it say my login, password and email is wrong even though I have proof that it isn’t. I tried emailing them but they weren’t much help. It was fun up to this point, now it’s just frustrating and stupid. Plz fix this…

Love the game! I had a problem with collecting daily objectives which got resolved quickly and now everything works great!

It sounds fun but is nothing like the adds. I get it and I cant do anything.

I personally thought you would be able to ride horses and stuff, but you can’t. It’s still a very lovely game! I just had a little bit of disappointment

The payment system is glitchy as heck, and customer service is not helpful. I’m still trying to either get what I paid for or get a refund. They have all the documentation. If a payment method is unreliable, they shouldn’t offer it. Also, customer service seems adversarial and not at all helpful, like they resent having to help you with their mistakes. The thing is, you have to spend money to get anywhere in the game, so this is a big issue. I’d say try a different horse game before you waste time here.

First of all, I’d like to say how 𝓪𝓶𝓪𝔃𝓲𝓷𝓰 this game is. I love almost everything about it. A few changes could include reducing the in life game time that we have to wait for our horses to age. It’s not that easy to get aging points! And second, the events are 𝓽𝓱𝓻𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓰 but sometimes the explanation of the event doesn’t entirely get through. Like the Hephaestus event that happened recently, how did we get three free horses? How do we get more? Lastly, why do we have to be 16 to watch an advertising video for items? Any age should be free to watch a video for a couple equus or something. Just a few things that I think everyone could enjoy. Okay so I logged in and after I did the tutorial I was instantly confused and couldn’t do anything, I get maybe later on it might be easier but the tutorial did NOT explain everything I needed to know,I deleted it immediately 🙄

Wow I love this game! I’ve been playing for a few months now and I must say I don’t think I’ve had a bad experience yet! The only reason I gave the game 4 stars is because whenever I put tack on one of my horses, for example earlier I got some x-mas polo wraps and one of my horses already had polo wraps on but I wanted the Christmas ones on instead so when I put them on the horse I checked to see if the others ones were still in my inventory and they weren’t! I know you guys work hard at the game but I was wondering if maybe you could do it to where the tack your replacing goes back to you inventory! Thank you

I use to love this game it use to be the best. But now the Howrse team is running around banned people for the slightest wrong move. I had a friend that allowed people use co to do Blups because they don’t have enough ap. They got docked Karma and permanent bans. Also if you sell horses low they will dock you no matter if it’s direct, auctions, and reserve.

Cringiest game ever. DO NOT waste your time on it. It’s unrealistic and the there’s literally a competition called “Gallop”. You mean racing? Yeah. If you’re looking for a good horse game play Star stables or Rival Stars horse racing, not this. You’ll thank me later.

Okay. First of all. I’d like to say that the developer of this game dose NOT know how to spell horse and I couldn’t do anything this game asks for like EVERYTHING your password your Email and WAY MORE I couldn’t play AT ALL cause of the stupid sign in thingy I hate this game fix it now

this game is amazing but it would be cool if you added a feature where you pay 1,000 equus per day to get a stable hand and the stable hand will take care of ALL your horses and put them to bed .

I actually loved this game until it logged me out (not the first time this has happened) and refused to let me back in. I have tried to get back in using emails and even tried to contact for help and the help was very unhelpful. I also cannot create another account because my email is “already being used”. Overall extremely unhappy and disappointed.

This is the third time I have bought a horse from the market, and Won the bid, but I don’t get the horse?? I refresh, and I restart, but I still lose my money and do NOT get the horse. Other than that I really like this game, very VERY nice, not many glitches on my end other than that, so I rated it a 4 star.
